HUB Transition Centers, LLC was founded by Chris Padgett in June of 2022 to meet a specific need in the Greenwood, SC area, and exists to help those who have started the journey of gaining freedom from life dominating habits and finding their true identity to become healthy members of the community and finish well.
Our Vision is that all those who choose to move away from addiction, disfunction, and homelessness are provided an opportunity to become healthy members of the community through partnerships with other organizations, ministries, and local churches. We currently have a 21 bed men’s facility. Both Centers are in Greenwood SC.
Our Centers are only 1 of 14 in the state of South Carolina, which are SCARR (South Carolina Alliance for Recovery Residences) certified. Our men’s Center is the only certified Center in Greenwood SC.
